JOIN US TO END HUNGER AND SPIRITUAL POVERTY IN ROUND ROCK ONE STRIKE AT A TIME!

 

Grace Ministries of Austin, the Dominican Sisters of Mary and Relevant Radio invite everyone to the 3rd annual Bowl-a-Thon at Mel's Lone Star Lanes in Georgetown. The event will take place Saturday August 12, 2017 starting at 4:30 p.m. with a special meet and greet reception with dinner and amazing raffle.  Bowling with the Sisters begins at 5:30.  Tickets for the Meet and Greet reception with the Dominican Sister’s of Mary are $50 per family (4) and Corporate Sponsorships are $500.

 

Did you know in 4 Round Rock ISD elementary schools 80% of students live in poverty?   Did you know children raised in poverty are 5 times more likely to drop out of school?  Therefore poverty repeats itself in their families.

 

Grace Ministries of Austin has a mission to break the cycle of poverty by reaching out to the families of elementary school aged children and providing healthy meals and self-sufficiency workshops for their parents.
